Our client is a highly successful independent estate agent in Liverpool who have a fantastic reputation for providing first class customer service. They are currently seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their team, to work within their city centre office.
The position will be based within a busy office, working with a team of experienced sales professionals and this fast-paced role will involve the entire sales process from arranging viewings and valuations to taking offers and negotiating the best possible price for your client.
Due to continued business growth, they are looking for a professional and driven salesperson who is looking for their first step into the property sector. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Experience within a target driven sales role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Well-presented and career focused
- Confident, Ambitious and Enthusiastic
- Able to work under pressure
- A team player
- Must be able to work weekends
The role also offers an excellent work place culture with amazing incentives, rewards and career progression.
The client is offering a basic salary from £20,500 dependent upon experience, plus a commission structure.
