With a supportive team around you, your role will include working closely with senior members of the department, supporting the team in carrying out property inspections, completing valuation reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service, whilst helping the team to achieve the wider goals and targets. This role truly gives the individual terrific exposure as a recently qualified surveyor or a Graduate Surveyor who is near completion of the APC.
As the successful Valuation Surveyor, you will have/be,
- MRICS; - or near completion of the APC.
- IT literate including competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Personable and presentable.
- Ambition combined with an ability to learn and develop a successful career within a changing economic environment.
- Commercial awareness.
- Ideally a working knowledge of valuation software packages.
In return my client can offer a highly negotiable salary of up to c£40,000 DOE plus car allowance, whilst also offering a clear path for career progression.
