Our client is an award-winning prestigious property organisation who have a reputation for providing first class customer service and they are currently seeking a Property Manager to join their Manchester team.
You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of residential properties across the North West.
Working directly under the head of property management, you will gain maximum exposure to the industry and learn hands-on what it takes to successfully manage a multi-city portfolio.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for all landlord and tenant enquiries
- Preparing tenancy paperwork
- Arranging maintenance with contractors
- Rent renewals
- Property inspections
- Managing rental arrears
- Assessing contractor work
- Negotiating and revising costs
- Issuing section notices
- Ensuring full legislative compliance
- Providing an exceptional level of service
This is a busy and challenging role, and customer service experience is essential! You must have excellent organisational skills, have strong relationship management skills and be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same! This is an extremely busy portfolio and you will be provided with all the support you need to excel in this exciting, fast-paced industry.
Our client is offering a basic of £23,000 - £25,000 plus commission with a guaranteed OTE of £30,000 - £32,000.
Our client is offering a hybrid role, with the option to work 1-2 days from home once trained.
