An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property organisation in Liverpool who are currently seeking an experienced LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join their team.
They are looking for a highly organised, well-presented and customer focused individual to join their dynamic team of experienced professionals! A fantastic opportunity to join the business during a period of expansion with the opportunity for future career progression.
Duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understand the local lettings market
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of lettings experience and have their own vehicle. You must have excellent organisational skills, communication skills and relationship management.
Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £23,000 plus commission.
