This role is an ideal opportunity for an individual with previous Commercial Property Business Development experience looking for the next step in their career, with an opportunity to become an integral part of the company’s future.
Working closely with the Board you will help create a strategy that builds on existing relationships and develops new partnerships. You will use your existing knowledge of the commercial property market and competitors to help develop the firms propositions and differentiators. You will help support the business with proposals and pitches, setting up meetings to secure additional growth opportunities, and will capture, report, and track progress. With a focus on delivering exceptional client care you will also focus on strengthening existing relationships and the growth of repeat business. With a proven track record of driving new business growth and with a strong commercial focus you will use your superior skills in negotiation and rapport building to help secure new opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of possibilities.
Salary and package are negotiable depending on experience.
