Commercial Property Surveyor

Our client is one of the North West’s leading real estate advisory-led business’s. They offer their clients a service that spans the entire property lifecycle from strategy and planning, through to delivery and management. They specialise in areas including agency, property and asset management, business rates and valuations, rent services and lease renewals.

With a reputation for excellence and integrity, they have a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK. As a result of continued business growth, they are now seeking a chartered commercial property surveyor to join their prestigious commercial team in Liverpool.

They are looking for a commercially aware, ambitious commercial property surveyor who has had minimum 3 years’ experience within a commercial property role, ideally with experience in managing a range of clients and carrying out commercial valuations and with the confidence to handle all areas of property management.

Duties will include:

·         Managing both Landlord and tenant advisory

·         Producing monthly client reports

·         Service charge administration

·         Offering an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of high profile client

·         Working closely with maintenance contractors to ensure that work is carried out to a high standard

·         Conducting property inspections and carrying out valuations

Salary £30,000 - £45-000k plus company car, bonuses, healthcare, pension and rewards.
