Our client is a successful lettings company, who have grown rapidly over the last few years. Located in north Liverpool, within a busy and dynamic office, they have an opportunity for an experienced property manager, to manage portfolio of HMO’s, with a strong focus on compliance lettings legislation.
Working alongside a successful team of professionals, your role will be busy and challenging. You will primarily be responsible carrying out property inspections, identifying maintenance issues, HMO licensing, ensuring gas and safety certificates are up to date and regularly liaising with the local council.
We are looking for a highly professional candidate, a confident residential property manager, ideally ARLA qualified but it is essential that you have an understanding of HMO licensing, lettings compliance and up to date knowledge of legislation.
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident candidate who is able to work autonomously, manage your own diary and educate junior team members about compliance and legislations.
As you will spend much of your time carrying out inspections, you must be a driver with own car.
