They now have a rare opening for an experienced Lettings Manager to join the exceptional Manchester team. This is an impressive proposition for a sales focussed lettings manager who is ready to take the next step within their career. Joining this already successful and acknowledged team you will be an exceptional lettings manager who has proven experience in developing new lettings business, coupled with a local knowledge of the Manchester lettings market. You should also be a strong people manager who can affectively lead and develop a vibrant lettings team, assisting them to achieve their full potential every day.
As the successful Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for setting team targets, training, and developing staff whilst keeping them motivated to perform to their best of their ability. We are looking for an experienced lettings manager who can deliver results whilst ensuring that the team is thriving and creating a dynamic working environment.
An attractive package will be offered to the successful candidate: Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE plus commission (approx. £12,000pa), company car, and benefits.
Monday – Friday 9-6pm with one in two Saturdays with a day in lieu.
