Our client is an extremely successful Letting Agent in South Liverpool with a huge portfolio of rented properties. They are currently seeking a highly professional and Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer to join their dynamic team.
Due to continued success and ambitious future growth plans, our client is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who has experience within the lettings sector and is now looking for the next step within their career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing their managed portfolio by spending time seeking out new potential landlords though attending networking events and looking at other creative channels to secure new business.
You will arrange and attend viewings, negotiate new contract terms and develop new business from the landlord network.
You will be a professional and driven salesperson who is passionate about winning new business and has experience within a target driven role. This role provides an excellent working environment, incentives, rewards and career progression.
Basic salary £19k – £22k plus uncapped OTE and travel expenses.
Monday to Friday hours, plus alternative Saturdays.
You must be a driver with own car.
