An opportunity has arisen for an experienced MRICS Rating Surveyor in Manchester, working for a reputable firm with a client base that can provide real variety.
Using your Rating experience you will look after an existing client portfolio, providing rating advice for a range of private and public sector clients. You will undertake site inspections, handle rating valuation appeals, rates relief, and rates management. Enjoying client liaison, you will be the main point of contact for clients throughout the process, keeping them informed of where things are at any given time. When required you will also attend valuation tribunals. With a solid understanding of check, challenge, and appeal you will be passionate about your Rating career, and will have strong knowledge of the North West Commercial Property market.
Salary up to £45,000 DOE
