Our client is a highly reputable, up market developer with an impressive portfolio of residential developments all over the UK. They now have an opportunity for an experienced new build sales consultant, to manage two of their newest developments, located on the Wirral and in north Liverpool.
Based on site, initially on the Wirral, you will be responsible for selling 29 plots of 4 bedroom detached family residences working on a full time basis from their marketing suite. When these sales are complete, you will then move to a north Liverpool development, selling prestige 4/5 bedroom family homes in a desirable suburban location.
Working in conjunction with the project management and construction teams, we are looking for a highly motivated new build sales consultant who is able to generate business through proactive sales channels, dealing with the buyer from initial enquiry all the way through to completion. This requires not just a pro-active sales-person, but a highly professional customer care manager who can successfully manage the sales progression process, handling potential difficulties with integrity and sensitivity.
We are looking for a well presented, intelligent candidate, a strong relationship builder who can work well with internal contractors and build strong client relationships with prospective buyers and local agents.
Our client is offering a generous package including a basic salary of £23-£25k, plus OTE £50k. Occasional week-end work may be required from time to time.
