Our client is a prestigious property organisation who are seeking an organised and customer focused individual to join their Manchester city centre office as an Administrator.
The role will also require the successful individual to act as first point of contact to anyone who comes into branch or contacts the office by phone. The ideal person will have a good knowledge of the property market although this is not a requirement.
Front of house reception cover
Arranging viewings and market appraisals
Supporting the sales and lettings team with any typing/administration
Organising contract files
Database and email management
Working to deadlines
Providing an exceptional level of service to every single customer
The salary for this role is £18,000 and the hours of work will be Monday – Friday 9 – 5.30pm with some weekend work.
