Description
My client is a marketing leading property agent, with a reputation for superior customer service. Due to business growth, they are now seeking a highly motivated sales consultant to join their professional team based in Manchester city centre.
This is a fast-paced combined sales negotiator position where you will be given the autonomy to develop new and existing business in Manchester city centre. You will ideally be of graduate calibre, with some sales or lettings experience, a self-starter who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service. You should also be a driver and may need to drive to viewings on occasion (a pool company car will be provided).
Main responsibilities:
- Arranging and attending property viewings
- Arranging valuations
- Prospecting for new business
- Negotiating sales through to completion
- Working to daily sales targets
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Working closely with the lettings team
- Sales progression
- Sourcing and advertising new properties
- Generating new business opportunities
- Selling to a mixture owner occupiers and investors
We are looking for a dynamic, career driven candidate who has experience within the estate agency / lettings sector (or some client facing sales experience) and is now looking for the next step within their career. Basic salary £22-25k, plus OTE up to £40k.
