Our client is a highly successful prestigious property organisation who have a reputation for providing first class customer service. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their team at their Manchester City Centre office.
You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for the sales and lettings functions in the office. This combined role involves the marketing of both sales and lettings property, arranging viewings, agreeing sales/lets and seeing the transaction through to completion/move in. This is an extremely varied role which you will spend half of your days out of the office on viewing appointments.
Our client requires a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a target driven environment and is passionate about property!
Duties and responsibilities:
- Arranging valuations
- Generating new business
- Sourcing and advertising new properties
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Working to daily targets
- Negotiating sales/lets
- Sales progression
- Working closely with the property management team
The ideal candidate will have experience within the estate agency/lettings sector (or customer facing sales experience) and will be looking for an opportunity within a company that can provide ongoing training, career progression and fantastic benefits.
This role offers a basic salary of £20,000 - £22,000 and generous commission structure with an OTE of £30,000 - £40,000. It will include working Saturdays (3 in 4) with a day off during the week.
