An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join one of Manchester’s most respected practices. As a national practice they’ve developed a reputation for producing award winning buildings across a range of sectors. The Senior Architectural Technologist will work collaboratively on large scale projects with the wider team and run medium scale projects independently mainly within the residential sector. The practice advocate work/ home life balance and encourage flexibility with their employees.
The role:
The Senior Architectural Technologist will form an integral part of the team and deliver technical packages and detailed design information on live projects. As this is a client facing role excellent interpersonal skills will ensure you can communicate ideas clearly and maintain lasting relationships. You’ll also have the ability to review design work and make suggestions regarding improvements. Knowledge of Revit will ensure you can hit the ground running and produce information in line with practice standards.
