Our client is an extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Crosby who is currently recruiting for a Manager/Valuer to join their team! This is a fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and grow the property sales department.
Duties of the role will include:
- Generating new business using the database, canvassing material and networking events
- Conducting Market Appraisals and instructing new listings to the market
- Taking photographs and producing floorplans
- Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
- Negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and buyers
- Nurturing your own pipeline of potential sellers/new property listings
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets set by management
- Managing the sales department and team of negotiators

Our client is offering a basic salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus a lucrative bonus/commission scheme with a realistic OTE in the region of £50,000.
