We’re looking for Hospitality & Guest Experience Team Members, to join the founding team at Slidie Sliderson, Warrington!

We’re looking for exceptional hospitality professionals who take pride in creating memorable moments for every guest. If you’ve worked in premium food and beverage, hotels, cafés, bars or guest services and love exceeding expectations, we’d love to meet you.
About You
You’ll already have experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
You may currently be working as a:
* Restaurant Team Member
* Bartender or Bar Supervisor
* Hotel Receptionist
* Guest Services Host
* Food & Beverage Assistant
* Front of House Team Member
* Duty Manager/Supervisor/Team leader
* Events Host

What You’ll Do
Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:
* Welcoming every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
* Delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
* Preparing high-quality drinks including coffees, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
* Serving food quickly, accurately and with pride.
* Creating memorable birthday celebrations and special occasions.
* Helping guests throughout their visit to ensure they have an amazing experience.
* Maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Working across multiple departments as part of one team.
* Identifying opportunities to enhance each guest’s visit.
* Acting as a proud ambassador for the Slidie Sliderson brand.
We’re searching for people who:
* Have previous hospitality, hotel or food & beverage experience.
* Love delivering exceptional customer service.
* Thrive in busy, energetic environments.
* Have outstanding communication skills.
* Work well as part of a team.
