Our client is a highly successful independent letting agent in Liverpool who have a fantastic reputation for providing first class customer service. After a period of expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team, to work within their busy office in the city centre.
Due to continued success and ambitious growth plans, our client is looking for a dynamic, and enthusiastic negotiator to take on the responsibility of supporting the manager with developing and growing the Lettings department for the business.
This is a fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and grow the property portfolio
Main responsibilities are:
- Generate new business opportunities
- Arrange valuations
- Register and qualify applicants
- Arrange and carry out property viewings
- Deal with enquiries
- Negotiate offers and progress lets through to completion
- Referencing
- Moving tenants in and out of properties
- Working to daily targets
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Communicate clearly and professionally throughout
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth handover into management
- Sourcing and advertising new properties
- Build strong relationships with landlords and applicants
You must have experience within residential property management/lettings to be considered for this role.
Our client is offering a salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission and excellent benefits and career opportunities.
This role is Monday to Friday. A full UK driving license is required and you will ideally have your ARLA qualifications.
