My client is an extremely successful, independent letting agent, with a prestigious portfolio of managed properties. Based in Liverpool City Cantre and set within iconic offices, our client provides an excellent working environment offering career progression and the opportunity to work with the support of an amazing management team. They have a new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property manager to join their lively Liverpool office.
This is a fast-paced property management position, where you will be given the opportunity to work with an exclusive portfolio of landlords, managing a varied portfolio of properties. We are looking for a highly professional customer service driven candidate who is able to work under pressure and whilst delivering exceptional service.
Main duties:
- Arranging maintenance with contractors
- Developing landlord relationships
- Arranging contractor diaries
- Contract renewals
- Working to daily targets
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Working closely with the lettings team
- Arranging gas safety checks and inspections
- Contract Administration
We are looking for a highly competent and pro active candidate who has experience within the property management sector. This property management job in Liverpool provides the opportunity of career progression within 12 months, along with an excellent working environment, incentives, rewards and other benefits.
Basic salary £23,000k rising to £27,000k depending upon experience. Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
